These terms apply when you order products from us through our online store
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
To shop in the online store, you must have the legal capacity to enter into agreements in accordance with applicable law. If you are a minor and make a purchase, we assume that this is done with the consent of a parent or guardian. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to supervise the minor’s use of the online store.
We do not collect or verify information about age.
Order Status:
For all orders, you can track the status at any time through your account or the order updates we send via email or SMS.
Onsite Pickup:
If you choose to pick up your order in person, please come during our office hours, which can be found here.
Home Delivery:
For online orders delivered to your home via postal service, please allow some time for processing and shipping. Estimated delivery is approximately 7 business days, but allow up to 10 business days before contacting us regarding your order. Delivery times may vary depending on seasonal demand.
We aim to describe all products as accurately as possible on our website. Product descriptions, images, sizes, and specifications are provided to give you a clear understanding of the item you are purchasing.
All products are subject to availability. While we do our best to maintain stock, some items may become temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we will inform you if your order cannot be fulfilled.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colors, designs, or details may vary slightly from the images shown on the website due to differences in screens, lighting, or production.
Some of our products are made on demand. Popular items are produced as orders are received, while other products can be custom ordered with a logo, design, or specific request. Custom orders are subject to additional processing time, which will be communicated to you during the ordering process.
By ordering products through our online store, you acknowledge that small variations in color, design, or appearance are normal and do not constitute a defect.
All prices on our website are listed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) unless otherwise specified. The prices include applicable taxes, such as VAT, where required by law.

Payment for your order will be captured at the time of purchase, or as otherwise indicated during the checkout process. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the full amount of your order.
Please note that all orders are subject to verification and approval. In the event that a payment cannot be processed or is declined, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you accordingly.
Sion Shop is not responsible for damages resulting from improper or unintended use of our products. Customers are expected to use products in accordance with their intended purpose and any instructions provided.
All products are sold as-is. While we take care to ensure quality and accuracy in descriptions, minor variations in color, design, or materials do not constitute a defect.
Shipping and delivery times are estimated, and delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including postal service delays, weather, or high seasonal demand. Sion Shop cannot be held liable for delays or damages that occur during shipping.
By placing an order, you agree that Sion Shop’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) you ordered, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
All text, images, logos, graphics, and other content displayed on the Sion Shop website are the property of Sion Shop or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
This includes product images you see on the website, which are created and owned by Sion Shop. In addition, some background or filler images on the website may come from free sources such as Unsplash, which are used in accordance with their license terms.
Customers are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of Sion Shop’s original content without explicit written permission. Use of licensed images from sources like Unsplash must comply with their respective licenses.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at listed above under How to return an item tittle. We will fix it as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
At this stage, we are still learning and refining our delivery estimates. Currently, shipping preparation may take up to one week before dispatch, and in some cases longer depending on ongoing events, conferences, or other operational factors.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email, allowing you to follow your package throughout the delivery process.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact form or by email at (post@sionmolde.no). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our website and services if a customer engages in abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior.
